HERE is never where we want to be.
We’re never satisfied with HERE.
Being THERE is our aim
but where is THERE, and do we know what it’ll take to reach it?
Why can’t we be happy with HERE, and live HERE?
Why do we keep craving for more?
And even when that THERE becomes a HERE,
there will just be another THERE to be at.
It’ll never end, this vicious circle we live in, where every next patch of greenery is greener than the one we’re standing on.
And sometimes the ‘green’ gets to the head…
and it’s not achievements that make us wanna go THERE,
its the evil ‘green’ in us.
